Pedipaws Nail Trimmer Not Received after 30 days?

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive the trimmers or a phone number to check on orders? This is getting ridiculous. Beginning to think this is a scam. Thanks for any info.

I just got mine in. DO NOT BUY IT! I was charged 7.99 then 9.99 extra shipping for fast shipping. I waited two weeks for it and was robbed another 10 bucks for extra shipping. The product is not that good. The product stops on my dogs nails and does not file it down that good. I am returning it cause its a piece of junk. Trust me if you do buy it you will agree with what I said. I can file her nails with a nail filer better then what it is.
