Keeping a Ferret outside?
Im getting a ferret, i was just wondering if it could be kept outside, i live in the uk, have a 4ft double tier hutch , it'll be out everyday, and have plenty of attention as im not at college, and when i do go won't be full time. I love my animals and non go left without attention. It'll have a comfy bed that iv bought already to put in the covered bed area. If i can persuade my mom to get 2 i will as its what i really want but its just if she goes for it tbh.
Also if i have 2 boys will they fight ??

Iv tried it but some say its fine others don't like the idea, been looking all day and havent found anything useful, thanks Laura X
We've never had problems with foxes in the back garden as we have 7n a half ft fences around the garden and then a fire escape behind that.
i own two ferrets, they are both inside pets but they can be left outside.. they need a lot of room and need a load of attention though.
ferrets also dont have sweat glands so in a hot day they need to be in shade and kept cool or they can get ill and possibly die. on a freezing day they will need loads of warm bedding and things to snuggle up in like blankets and stuff. never keep a ferret in the hot sun..
for the two males. if your buying one male and then buying another male from somewhere else make sureee you introduce them first before you buy it. i done that with mine with two females and lucky i did because one tried to kill the other. when one starts wetting itself then you need to seperate them because they will never get along. they fight for dominance.
