I use Bio Spot on my dogs; what month do you start them back on it?

My dogs use both Heart Guard and Bio Spot but I do not recall what month they need to start the BioSpot. Can you tell me?

We use the safer,effective stuff- frontline for fleas/ticks and heartguard for hearworm prevention.
I dont even know what the heck bio-spot is..
