Has anyone noticed anything different about Friskies Special Diet dry food?
I only use Friskies dry food now, and (hesitantly) Iams Adult dryfood. I always buy the Friskies Gourmet Poultry flavor (their favorite), but last week I decided to get Friskies Special Diet (the blue bag) because it is good for the urinary tract and ph levels.
THEY WON'T TOUCH IT! They were moving their dishes out of the way to find crunchies that had fallen on the floor from their last bag. After 2 days of them eating maybe 4 or 5 crunchies out of the bowl, I put the bowl outside. Nope, still full the next day. So I took a whole pile of it to where there were some wild, stray cats around. 3 days later the pile was STILL there.
WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?? Did anyone else have that kind of reaction to that flavor? It's was spooky! I'll NEVER buy that flavor again!
hmmm thats just odd....i have a fat cat who is a picky eater...yes i said fat and picky. he wouldn't touch 9 lives urinary tract or purnia ones...only dads.... our one cat would only eat indoor purina he would eat around the urinary tract dads just to get the other stuff. but now they only get a little bit of dry and more raw diet...so the dry is becoming something they want nothing to with other then a night snack...lol. we are tring to make the fat cat become a medium cat...lol.
