My first breading of rabbits failed

Just now I saw dead kits on the cage. This would be the first time my doe would bread her kits. The buck is with her. Maybe the buck ate the kits or something. I didn't had a litter prepared because I can't see signs if she is pregnant, I don't even see her pulling her fur and etc.. If I put a litter the doe would just munch on it and it would be broken. And by the way, I have New Zealand Rabbits. I started separating them just now. Is there a chance that she would be pregnant again? I need help and tips. In response to the above post...sure, it's "breed" and not "bread"...but rabbit offspring are correctly called "kits" not "kids".
As for the true answer. It could be that they got cold due to a proper nest not being ready. If you didn't realize she was pregnant, it could be that she didn't get the proper nutrition for a pregnant doe (constant supply of alfalfa hay, not timothy). It could be that the male killed the kits. Or it could even be because it's her first litter and she didn't know what to do.
It's highly likely that she's pregnant again. Rabbits can get pregnant directly after birthing. I would separate them as soon as possible and keep a good eye on the doe. Feed her alfalfa hay (constant supply), a handful of fresh greens daily, and double up on the amount of pellets you give each day (normally should take up 5% of her daily diet).
